When bringing in your pet for a checkup, remember they may be a little uneasy about new people and animals. We ask that you restrain your pet before coming into the hospital. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate the extra care. If you have an emergency or a pet that may have a contagious disease, please call us ahead of time so that we can be prepared upon your arrival.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointments. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If the appointment you have made has become inconvenient for you, please call us to reschedule.
We do provide boarding services for your pet. We will make sure your pet receives plenty of TLC while you are away. For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Animals requiring veterinary attention (such as defleaing, deworming, etc.) will be taken care of at the owner’s expense.
Pets are discharged during normal business hours Monday through Saturday after 2 p.m. Please make prior arrangements if you need to pick up your pet earlier in the day. Remember, we will be giving your pet a bath in the morning before you come for them.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept personal checks with valid driver’s licenses, as well as MasterCard, American Express or Visa. Our fees are based on a number of factors: the time involved, the number of services provided, the caliber and skills of the doctors and staff, our facilities and equipment, the continuing education of our staff members and the quality of the drugs used. We make every effort to make sure all fees are fair and reasonable. You are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered.
